The Carriage House

Stay in a charming Carriage House on America's oldest family Farm!

This house, which originally housed horse drawn carriages, was converted to this adorable two bedroom home in the late 1800s. It is situated on Emery Farm, our family’s 130 acres of land on the Seacoast of New Hampshire.

2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath

Accommodates: Up to 6

Stay in the heart of New England history as a guest in our carriage house.

An idyllic farm experience.

The first floor of this cozy house is where you'll find the kitchen, living room, one bathroom and laundry. The second floor features the two bedrooms, and one bathroom with a clawfoot tub! The main bedroom has a latex mattress king size bed. The second bedroom has two latex mattress double beds.

This house features mini splits for individual temperature control: air conditioning in the summer, and heating in the winter. Outside you'll find scenic views, a picnic area with a gas grill, and access to our land and activities.

The house is a two minute barefoot walk to Emery Market and Café, where you’ll find seasonally fresh food, eggs, cheese, bread, beer, wine, morning coffee, etc available, to either eat there or to make meals at the house.
